Clients of Riemco typically are homeowners and commercial property owners in the southeastern Michigan counties of Washtenaw, Jackson, Oakland, Wayne, Monroe, Livingston, Lenawee, and Ingham. Projects outside this area may also be possible, and all inquiries are welcome.

Riemco especially enjoys working with clients who are savvy about property ownership, want to be active partners in the design process, and want to experience a highly organized, smooth and enjoyable construction process.

Riemco Building Company is a full-service custom design and build resource with expertise in real estate, green building and the development of lakefront properties. Family owned and located in Chelsea, Michigan, Riemco serves homeowners and light commercial property owners in Ann Arbor, Dexter, Saline and the southeastern Michigan counties of Washtenaw, Jackson, Oakland, Wayne, Monroe, Livingston, Lenawee, and Ingham.
